This machine tool has a good human-machine customized dialogue interface, controls a single work unit, which includes a single (dual) spindle and is matched with a servo main motor. When processing different apertures and materials, it can flexibly achieve the cutting line speed. The inversion of the machine tool body is more conducive to the discharge of chips and the improvement of the machining surface quality. The machine tool has two methods of internal and external chip discharge. When using a gun drill for machining, it belongs to the internal cooling and external chip discharge method. Mainly used for efficient machining of deep and precision holes in the series of small holes below Φ 32. Good straightness and surface quality can be obtained, with a small tolerance range, making it efficient for batch processingchoiceCutting tools can be re ground using specialized fixtures. The processing efficiency is 1.5-3 times that of ordinary drilling processing. For large hole systems with a diameter of 20 or more, BTA (internal chip removal method) deep hole machining can be used, with a machining efficiency twice that of gun drilling and improved smoothness.
