4、 Operation of instruments
After connecting the instrument, connect the power cord and data transmission line. Press the power switch on the right side of the instrument back panel, and the power indicator light on the front panel will turn on, indicating that the power is connected. At this time, press the "OFF/ON" button on the LCD display to turn it on. The dial gauge at the measuring head should display data synchronously (note that the unit should be *, if not *, the dial gauge or the "in/mm" conversion button on the LCD display can be used for conversion. The unit conversion button on the LCD display is also the start/end button for recording the large and small values in one experiment. If unit conversion is needed, press and hold the "in/mm" button for a few seconds until the display screen shows successful unit conversion before releasing it. )Gently push the measuring head of the dial gauge with a slight force, and observe the display of the dial gauge and its indication.
Use the fixture rotating rod to unscrew the fixture head to the appropriate size. (The method is to fix the upper three parts of the fixture with the fixture rotating rod, insert the thin head of the fixture rotating rod into the small hole on the side of the disc below the three parts, and rotate left and right to adjust or tighten the fixture.) Place the test bottle on the fixture, adjust the center position, and tighten the fixture. Adjust the position of the connecting rod and dial gauge to the smooth circumference near the bottom of the bottle to be tested, and tightly contact the dial gauge probe with the bottle to give the probe a certain amount of push. This way, after the dial gauge is reset and measurement begins, positive and negative readings will appear, making the test data more accurate. During testing, the dial gauge probe should be kept level to ensure accurate test data.
After adjusting the position of the dial gauge probe (with a certain amount of indentation), first press the "ZERO" button on the dial gauge display on the instrument panel to reset the reading. First, press the "in/mm" button on the LCD display to enable the size value recording function, then turn on the "rotation switch". The fixture will start to slowly rotate for more than 3 cycles. Press the "in/mm" button on the LCD display again to disable the size value recording function and turn off the "rotation switch". Press the "M" button * times to display the small value, and press the "M" button again to display the large value. Record the maximum and minimum values. Half of the difference between the large and small values is the vertical axis deviation value.
8. Repeat the above steps and adjust the clamping position of the test bottle. Measure three to five times and take the arithmetic mean as the final result.
