Product Instructions

1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and firm ground. If the ground is smooth, please place an anti friction rubber pad on it. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the four machine heels of the instrument are in close contact with the ground to avoid displacement and slipping during high-speed operation of the instrument.

2. The environment where the instrument is placed should be clean and tidy, with moderate temperature and good ventilation.

3. To ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

4. After the container is installed, turn on the power and turn on the power switch. Set working parameters (working time, working speed, etc.).

5. Regarding speed control: When starting, the speed should be gradually increased from small to large, and should not be set too fast all at once. To extend the service life of the machine, it is recommended to use it at a medium speed within 200rpm (using it at a medium speed within the speed range can extend the service life of the instrument).

7. Before each shutdown, all control switches should be in a non working state and the power should be cut off.
