SZCB-01SZCB-01 Magnetic Resistance Speed Sensor
Using the Hall effect principle, when the metal teeth pass through the front end of the Hall sensor, it causes a change in the magnetic field. The Hall element detects the change in the magnetic field and converts it into an alternating electrical signal. The sensor's built-in circuit amplifies and shapes the signal, outputting a good rectangular pulse signal. The measurement frequency range is wider, and it can measure 0 speed. The output signal is also more accurate and stable, and it is easy to install. It is widely used for measuring the speed of vehicles, motors, fans, and steam turbines.
Technical Specifications:
1. Working voltage: DC5-30V
Measurement range: 0-20KHz
3. Speed measuring gear form: module 1-3 (involute gear)
4 output signal: square wave, whose peak to peak value is approximately equal to the amplitude of the working power supply voltage, independent of the speed
5. Working temperature: -30 to+120 ℃
6 thread specifications: M16 × 1 × 80mm or M12 × 1 × 80mm (can be customized)
Installation gap: 1-5mm
8 Weight: Approximately 100 grams

Magnetic electric sensors, sometimes also known as electric or inductive sensors, are only suitable for dynamic measurements. Due to its high output power, the circuit used is relatively simple; Zero position and stable performance;
By utilizing its inverse conversion effect, force (moment) generators and electromagnetic exciters can be constructed. According to the law of electromagnetic induction, when a W-turn coil moves in a uniform magnetic field, assuming the magnetic flux passing through the coil is Φ, the induced potential e inside the coil is related to the magnetic flux change rate d Φ/dt as follows:
According to this principle, two structural types can be designed: variable flux and constant flux, to form a magneto electric sensor for measuring linear velocity or angular velocity. The following figure shows the variable magnetic formula structure used for measuring rotational angular velocity and vibration velocity, respectively.
