High temperature resistant compensating cable
This product is widely used for multi-point temperature measurement in high temperature ranges such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and national defense research. The cable has the characteristics of moisture resistance, flame resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and aging resistance. The electrical insulation performance of this product is excellent, and the cable with wire pair shielding and total shielding can effectively prevent external interference and improve measurement accuracy.
1、 The production execution standards adopt enterprise standards.
2、 Usage conditions
1. Environmental temperature -60~275 ℃;
2. The temperature for cable laying should not be lower than -20 ℃, and the recommended allowable bending radius;
(1) The cable without armor layer should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable;
(2) Cables with armor layer or total shielding structure shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.

4、 Technical requirements
1. Voltage and insulation resistance
(1) The finished product of high temperature compensation cable shall withstand a voltage test of 50Hz and 500V for 1 minute without breakdown;
(2) The insulation resistance between the cores and between the cores and the shielding of the finished high-temperature compensation cable is 5M Ω every 10 meters when the air temperature is 15-35 ℃ and the relative temperature does not exceed 80%;
(3) Compensation cable products with split shielding or split shielding and total shielding, with insulation resistance between split shielding and split shielding, and between split shielding and total shielding not less than 1M Ω· KM.
2. The long-term allowable working temperature for finished cables is 200 ℃.

6、 Ordering Notice
1. When placing an order, it is necessary to indicate the product name, model, logarithm, temperature resistance level, quantity, etc;
2. The length of the finished cable coil is 100m, and the length of the coil should not be less than 100m. The length measurement error should not exceed 0.5%;
3. According to the agreement between both parties, delivery of any length is allowed.
