Usage and characteristics:
The QJB type submersible electric pump belongs to the wet type upper pump small submersible electric pump, and the machine pump works together in the water, making it an ideal tool for extracting groundwater. This pump has the characteristics of simple structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy installation and maintenance. Widely used for irrigation of farmland, water supply and drainage of industrial and mining enterprises, and domestic water supply for urban residents. By changing the material of the flow passage components or using techniques such as spraying the internal flow channels of the flow passage components, it can also be applied in fields such as chemical engineering, seawater desalination, and seawater aquaculture. It is an ideal tool for extracting corrosive media such as brine and seawater.
Structural features:
The QJB submersible electric pump consists of two parts: the motor and the water pump. The water pump is centrifugal, using water lubricated bearings, and rigidly connected to the motor through a coupling. The motor is a closed water filled three-phase asynchronous motor. The winding adopts a water-resistant insulation structure, and both the guide bearing and thrust bearing are water lubricated bearings. A sand prevention mechanism is installed on the upper part of the motor to prevent sediment from entering the motor cavity. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, and reliability.
Usage conditions:
1. The water temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃
2. The power supply is 50HZ, 380V
3. Electric pumps should be used within the range of rated flow to 1.2 times the rated flow.
