It is easy to operate and enables remote real-time monitoring by property management companies. It has a good human-machine interface and can effectively collect and manage data. Easy to install, it is an ideal product for electricity management departments, commercial plazas, and property communities to improve the level of electricity and water management and solve the problem of difficult charging.

1) Batch operation of electric meters

2) Opening an electric meter account

The meter billing amount is directly issued to the electricity meter, and the meter automatically calculates the electricity fee. 8) Rent/property fee withholding
You can add a rent agreement for each room, and the system will automatically deduct rent on schedule according to the set time. Rent is paid in advance, and if the balance is insufficient, the system will force a shutdown to facilitate property management in collecting rent payments.
9) Sharing of electricity usage in public areas
Support the sharing of electricity bills in public areas, and automatically distribute the shared energy consumption table to the corresponding sharing table according to the set rules every month, reducing the pressure on property public area statistical fees.
10) Post payment model

12) Meter initialization

13) Violation of electrical monitoring regulations
Restrict students from using illegal electrical appliances, and when unauthorized illegal electrical appliances are connected, the branch circuit will trip. Air conditioning mode: In air conditioning mode, the electricity meter continuously detects the weak standby current of the air conditioner. Once there is an action to disconnect the air conditioner socket, the electricity meter trips and can only be closed and powered on by contacting the management personnel. Allow automatic closing of tripping actions other than air conditioning mode. The allowed number of times and the waiting time for tripping can be set, and batch settings are supported.
14) Subsidy amount
In order to meet the needs of university dormitories, the platform can issue subsidy amounts to dormitories in batches, and the subsidy amount is calculated separately from the balance of the electricity meter, with priority given to deducting the subsidy amount.
15) Time control
For the convenience of school management of students' daily routines, the system can set multiple time periods to control the power outage and transmission time of dormitories at regular intervals. Each circuit can be set separately, distinguishing between class days and weekends, supporting 8 time periods. The parameters are sent to the electricity meter, which independently controls the circuit on and off without being affected by communication.
16) Electrical whitelist
In order to make dormitory management more humane, some malicious load settings can be used, such as laptops, desktop computers, water dispensers, etc. For appliances that do not require malicious load control, whitelist settings can be made based on their electrical characteristics to increase the accuracy of malicious load identification and avoid unnecessary errors.
