The BJWS integrated sewage lifting device is mainly used for lifting low-level sewage. The integrated sewage lifting device is a system composed of a sewage pump, a water collection tank, pipeline control, filtration system, control system, and related pipe fittings and valves, used to lift and transport wastewater below the sewer or far from the municipal pipeline network. It can effectively solve or avoid the problems of traditional sewage pits or collection pits.
This product series introduces the principles of filtration and backwashing. The impurities in the sewage are filtered and collected in a specially designed container, so that they do not enter the water storage container or the pump body. Then, they are flushed and brought into the sewage discharge pipeline into the septic tank or municipal sewage pipeline through the pressure at the outlet of the sewage pump.

7、 Working principle
The integrated sewage lifting device mainly consists of a sewage pump, a collection tank, a dedicated check valve, pipeline control, filtration system, isolation system, control system, and related pipe fittings and valves.
When sewage enters, it contains waste paper, kitchen waste, and other debris that flows into the isolation system. The isolation system filters the debris for isolation, and the water directly enters the collection tank. As sewage enters, when the sewage in the collection tank reaches the set high liquid level, the liquid level controller outputs a signal to the control system. The control system then activates the first or second sewage pump for pressurization. The sewage and debris are discharged through isolation system, dedicated check valve, and pipeline control. When the sewage is discharged to the set low water level, the sewage pump automatically stops.
The control system is divided into two control modes: manual and automatic. Select manual control mode and control the operation and stop of the sewage pump separately through buttons. Select automatic control mode and control the operation and stop of the sewage pump through the liquid level device. The liquid level device is set with three liquid level points: low liquid level, high liquid level, and ultra-high liquid level. When the liquid level switch reaches the high liquid level, the 1 # sewage pump starts running, the 1 # indicator light is on, and the sewage is pressurized to the isolation system through the inlet of the 1 # sewage pump. It is controlled by a pipeline (special check valve device) not to form backflow, and the sewage and debris are discharged together through the sewage outlet. When the liquid level reaches the low liquid level, the 1 # sewage pump stops running; When the liquid level reaches the upper level, the 2 # sewage pump starts running, the 2 # indicator light is on, and the sewage is pressurized to the isolation system through the inlet of the 2 # sewage pump. It is controlled by a pipeline (special check valve device) not to form backflow, and the sewage and debris are discharged through the sewage outlet. When the liquid level reaches the low level, the sewage pump stops running. When the liquid level reaches the high level, the 1 # sewage pump restarts. 1 # and 2 # sewage pumps operate alternately in circulation.
When the liquid level reaches a high level and both the 1 # and 2 # sewage pumps cannot start, the liquid level continues to rise. When the liquid level reaches an ultra-high level, the ultra-high level indicator light will turn on, and the control system will force the two sewage pumps to start discharging to ensure safe discharge.
When one of the sewage pumps malfunctions, the fault indicator light will turn on, and the control system will start the other sewage pump to achieve the fault interlock function.

8、 Function Introduction
1) The control system has two control modes, manual and automatic, to ensure safe discharge of sewage.
2) Automatic alternating operation function: enables the sewage pump to operate uniformly, extending the service life of the sewage pump and related accessories.
3) Fault interlocking function: When one sewage pump cannot operate, start another sewage pump as a backup pump to achieve safe use.
4) Dual pump operation function: When the liquid level reaches the ultra-high level, both pumps are forced to start simultaneously to ensure the safe operation of the overall sewage lifting device.
5) Breathable function: The overall sewage system is equipped with breathable ports to prevent the long-term retention of sewage and the inability to discharge biogas, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment.
6) Protection function: Automatic protection function for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, phase loss, short circuit and other faults, and should eliminate recoverable faults and restore normal operation.
7) No cleaning: The isolation system prevents dirt from entering the water tank, and then the pressure backwash function is used to discharge the dirt, keeping the inside of the water tank clean and preventing blockage of the sewage pump.
8) Quick connection function: Different types of interfaces can be selected for pipeline docking, such as flange type, clamp type and other connection interface types.
