A VOCs online monitoring system has been developed for organized organic waste gas discharge outlets in petrochemical, chemical, printing, spraying, coating, and other industries. Technical features:

♦ Analysis method and standard method, using GC-FID method for detection;

♦ Full process high-temperature heat tracing sample transmission and high-temperature FID detection, with minimal sample loss and more accurate measurement;

♦ Continuous operation without maintenance design, automatic cycle operation upon startup, truly online analysis;

♦ Full heat flow path design can reduce sample loss, prevent water vapor condensation, and is suitable for high temperature, high humidity, and weakly corrosive working conditions;

♦ The single cycle time is less than 90 seconds to ensure real-time monitoring;

♦ A single cycle can achieve accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis and detection of non methane total hydrocarbons and substances such as benzene, toluene, and xylene;

♦ The FID detector automatically shuts off hydrogen gas after the flame is extinguished to ensure system safety;
