Direct stroke fully electronic electric actuatorIt is a fully electronic actuator that uses AC220 single-phase AC power as the driving power source and directly receives DC4-20mA, DC0-10mA, or DC1-5V control signals from DCS, PLC systems, or regulating instrument operators to operate. The electronic control unit adopts a hybrid integrated circuit and is designed in the shape of a box, including complete protection functions. The linear actuator can be controlled on-site or remotely, and is sealed with resin casting. The driving motor adopts an AC reversible motor, and the feedback detection adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer, which is a highly reliable and economical product with a resolution of 1/250. The straight stroke fully electronic electric actuator almost has various action transformation functions required for regulating itself, as well as opening signal function and manual function.

This actuator mainly consists of the following parts:;

4.1 Controller: Accept D C 4~20mA or D C 1~5V from the regulator, and control the actuator to operate in a predetermined mode.

4.2 Transmission mechanism: Convert the rotational motion of the motor into the linear reciprocating motion of the power output shaft to achieve the opening and adjusting functions of the regulating valve.

4.3 Opening detection mechanism: The linear displacement of the output shaft (the opening of the valve core) is fed back to the potentiometer through the rack and gear, which converts it into an electrical signal and feeds it back to the controller. When the difference between the input signal from the regulator and the opening signal of the valve core is zero, the motor will stop working.

4.4 Connection mechanism: The actuator and the controlled valve are connected by a bracket, and the actuator output shaft and valve stem are connected by an opening and closing nut. The opening and closing nut has a pointer, and the bracket has a ruler to indicate the displacement of the output shaft (or valve stem).

4.5 Manual Mechanism: This actuator is also designed with a manual mechanism, which can be manually operated to complete the opening, closing, and regulating functions of the regulating valve as needed in the event of power failure.
