The valve stem is made of nitriding steel, with surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. 5. The electric device is equipped with a torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanism. In addition to on-site operation, remote operation, PLC control, and intelligent control of 420mA current input and output can also be performed. 6. Manual valves are opened by a manual mechanism or a handwheel upon impact. Reduce valve operating force. 7. Valves can be installed at any position in the pipeline, and carbon steel or alloy steel valves can be selected based on the medium and its temperature. When installing and debugging for the first time, the valve must be manually opened to about half of the position to avoid damage to the valve or electrical components caused by reverse motor phase sequence connection.

4. Control mode: The conventional remote control signal of the regulating explosion-proof electric gate valve for mining uses 4-20mA analog signal control, while providing 4-20mA signal feedback (special quantity control can be provided), achieving electrical isolation between remote control signals and feedback signals, and improving the control accuracy and stability of the equipment.
5. Prohibited movement delay protection: This function can avoid or reduce the reaction force borne by mechanical parts due to inertia. This protection function is applicable to both on-site and remote control modes, enhancing the reliability and safety of the equipment.
6. Electronic interlock protection: When a command is being executed and remains valid, and another reverse control command is applied (i.e. both commands exist and are valid), the electric actuator will stop executing the current command and wait until the next command is executed to ensure the safety and stability of the device.
7. Instantaneous over torque protection: When the opening or closing torque is instantly pushed open, the valve will stop and not move. Even if the torque switch is instantly pushed open and closed, the valve will not move. Only a reverse action can release the over torque protection, effectively avoiding damage to the equipment caused by overload.
8. On site remote control switching: On site remote control can be freely switched, making user debugging and maintenance more convenient and efficient, and improving the maintainability and operability of the equipment.
