Car milling composite machine toolThe chuck size is 10 inches and has a 30 horsepower (22kw) built-in spindle motor, which can achieve high-speed cutting. The number of cutting tools is a key factor in composite machining. If a 20 station turret is equipped with dual tool holders, more than 40 cutting tools can be configured.
In order to adapt to the new processing method of multi category and multi batch workpiece processing, the spindle bar processing capacity has reached 82 millimeters, which is the largest in the same class. For large outer diameter bars, sawing machines are not required and they can be processed directly to the finished product. At the same time, in terms of composite functions, due to its medium length Y-axis 120mm stroke and 10 horsepower (7.5kw) high output milling motor, it has the ability to rival small machining centers.
In addition, TAKISAWA uses hardened and ground machined guide rails with high durability and precision for cutting shafts, ensuring that even under harsh conditions for a long time, slow changes can be minimized to the greatest extent possible. The machine adopts an environmentally friendly and energy-saving design, utilizing enhanced energy-saving technologies such as LED lights.
