This production line is an ideal product for upgrading and replacing ordinary PP-R pipe production equipment.

Effectively solved the key technical challenges of wrapping and bonding ultra-thin aluminum foil and PP-R plastic pipes.

By compounding a layer of aluminum foil and an outer plastic layer on the outer layer of ordinary PP-R pipes, the creep resistance of the pipes has been enhanced.

The produced pipes have high interlayer bonding strength and good dimensional stability, and their stiffness and strength are much higher than ordinary PP-R pipes.

The production line can produce ordinary PP-R pipes, fiber-reinforced steady-state pipes, and equal wall thickness steady-state pipes by appropriately transforming some units.
