Steel sleeve steam insulation pipe is composed of an outer protective steel pipe, steel pipe anti-corrosion, insulation layer, and inner working steel pipe combination. Steel sheathed steam composite insulation pipe is suitable for transporting steam or other media below 2.5MPa and 350 degrees Celsius. This product uses steel pipes as the outer protective layer, which has the advantages of high strength, low damage, easy construction and maintenance, and long service life.
Steel sleeve steel composite insulated steel pipe is a type of underground buried pipeline that can be directly buried without concrete structure. The thermal expansion of the working steel pipe is carried out inside the outer pipe, thereby reducing material costs, shortening construction dates, and ensuring the safety of heating pipelines. It can be widely used safely in different temperature environments, especially for high-temperature steam pipeline projects. The operating temperature can reach 150 ℃ -450 ℃.

<1> Working steel pipe
The working steel pipe adopts a second degree inorganic zinc rich primer (temperature resistance ≥ 400 ℃) anti-corrosion coating, and the pipe ends are sealed with polyethylene film or three-layer PE cold wrapping tape to prevent moisture from entering before installation or water from entering during construction. The insulation material is wrapped with multiple layers of staggered seams, effectively reducing heat loss, while controlling the surface measures of the outer jacket to prevent the formation of cold bridges, thus ensuring the temperature control of the anti-corrosion layer of the outer jacket. Wrapping multiple layers of aluminum foil reflective layer with insulation material effectively reduces heat loss and makes the steam pipeline more economical and reasonable.
<2> The anti-corrosion outer sleeve steel pipe is a type of steel pipe with anti-corrosion performance and good insulation performance. It has been widely used and promoted in construction, and is constantly being improved and popularized. Anti corrosion and insulation steel pipes have different processing types and methods, and different processing methods determine that steel pipes have different properties and functions, and the scope of use will also change accordingly.
#The production of anti-corrosion and insulation steel pipes needs to be carried out according to national standards. Different processing methods follow different standards, but they must all comply with national production standards and be strictly followed and executed.
<3> The insulation layer is rigid polyurethane foam plastic or rock wool coiled material
The rigid polyurethane foam plastic is a rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 60kg/m3 to 80kg/m3, which can fully fill the gap between the steel pipe and the casing, and has a certain bonding strength to form a solid whole between the steel pipe, the anti-corrosion steel pipe and the insulation layer. The polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe foam has good mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties. Generally, it can withstand 120 ℃. By modification or combination with other insulation materials, it can withstand 180 ℃.

The WGB steel sleeve buried insulation pipe consists of a working steel pipe, insulation layer, rolling guide pipe support, outer sleeve (steel pipe), and anti-corrosion layer. The insulation material is tied to the working steel pipe and moves as a whole through thermal expansion inside the outer sleeve by relying on the rolling guide pipe support, so it does not damage the insulation layer. The fixed bracket is an internal fixed bracket, which does not require the large reinforced concrete support pier of the original "three-way fixed bracket", making it an ideal way to lay steam pipes. After years of practical use and testing by relevant testing centers, the service life can reach more than 30 years.

4、 Technical requirements for product materials
1. Working steel pipe
The steel pipe material is seamless steel pipe for transporting fluids, which adopts GB8163-99 standard or GB3087 standard. It can also be customized according to customer requirements or as provided
The goods are made of steel pipes of other standards.
2. Insulation layer
The insulation material used is hydrophobic composite silicate pipe shell or XN-3 aluminum silicate (moisture-proof ceramic product) insulation pipe shell. Other insulation materials can also be selected according to customer requirements. The insulation material is tied together with double layers of staggered seams on the working steel pipe, reducing heat loss and avoiding surface friction with the steel casing, extending the service life of the insulation layer. Its thickness depends on the temperature of the medium.
