Product Details

The Barkhausen noise+hysteresis loop detector system mainly consists of a sensing probe, an instrument host, and a control program running on a PC. The magnetic sensing probe consists of a U-shaped magnetic core, excitation and detection coils wound around it, a Hall sensor, and a miniature Barkhausen noise coil. The magnetization process is achieved by injecting voltage output into the excitation coils wound on the two arms of the U-shaped magnetic core. The detection coil is wound around the bottom of the U-shaped magnetic core to obtain the B signal, while the H signal comes from the Hall sensor located between the two poles of the U-shaped magnetic core. Users can directly control the frequency and amplitude of the excitation voltage, MBN signal gain, and filter settings. The real-time display of MBN signal, BH curve, and magnetic field strength H has an adjustable x-y scale. Based on the detected hysteresis loop, the coercivity and remanence of the tested sample are calculated and displayed on the interface. The original signal includes the values of MBN, B, and H, which can be stored in a. db file for subsequent signal analysis.
