1、 Instrument Introduction:

2、 Working principle:

Stainless steel differential remote pressure gauge is a type of pressure gauge that, when the measured pressure changes, the free end of the spring tube undergoes displacement. On the one hand, the movement drives the pointer to rotate and indicate the pressure value; On the other hand, it also drives the displacement of the iron core of the differential transformer. The primary of the differential transformer is connected to an oscillating voltage, and the secondary is composed of two windings connected in reverse series. When the core of the differential transformer is located at the center of symmetry, a corresponding differential signal is generated. This differential signal undergoes voltage amplification, voltage current conversion, and outputs a standard 0-10mA (DC) or 4-20mA (DC) current signal, which is then transmitted to the secondary instrument（display instrument）To achieve both close observation and remote control.

3、 Application scope:

2. The power supply for the instrument is DC 24V. When used as an intrinsic safety type, it is powered by the CI series ISB safety barrier. When used as a regular type, it is powered by the distributor.

6、 Regular maintenance and repair:

1. After a period of use and pressure, the movement of the pressure gauge is inevitably deformed and worn, resulting in various errors and malfunctions of the pressure gauge. In order to ensure its original accuracy without distorting the transmission of measurement values, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure correct, safe and reliable indication.

2. The pressure gauge should be cleaned regularly. Because the interior of the pressure gauge is not clean, it will increase the wear and tear of various components, thereby affecting its normal operation. In severe cases, it may cause the pressure gauge to malfunction or be scrapped.

3. According to JJG52-1999 regulations, the calibration cycle of pressure gauges installed at the pressure measuring location generally does not exceed six months.

4. For pressure measuring parts with large fluctuations in the medium, frequent use, high accuracy requirements, and strict safety factors, the calibration cycle can be appropriately shortened according to the specific situation.
