The range of the American Monado DBX stroboscope, represented by Hece Industrial, is 30-20000 FPM with precision; 0.002%, the flashing frequency can be quickly adjusted through the × 2 and ÷ 2 buttons, and then fine tuned through the knob. A stroboscope is an observation instrument that flashes at a certain frequency.
