Standard for plugs, receptors, and couplers for electric vehicles.
II Main performance parameters:
1. Output workstation: 1 workstation;
2. Temperature testing range: 0 ℃ -400 ℃;
3. Control mode: PLC controller, human-machine interface operation;
III Standard test requirements:
During normal use, the surface temperature of the charging interface should not exceed the specified value. According to the test method in 7.22, the surface temperature should meet the following requirements:
a) The gripping parts of the power plug and vehicle plug allow forThe temperature should not exceed:
1) Metal components: 50 ℃;
2) Non metallic components: 60 ℃.
b) The non gripping parts that can be contacted by the power plug and vehicle plug should not exceed the allowed temperature:
1) Metal components: 60 ℃;
2) Non metallic components: 85 ℃.
During normal use, the temperature rise of the charging interface terminal should meet the following requirements
a) According to the test method in 7.22, the terminal temperature rise should not exceed 50 K;
