The mainframe of the testing machine is a portal frame consisting of two columns, an upper crossbeam, a bottom plate, and a workbench. The transmission mechanism consists of an AC servo motor, belt, reducer, and precision screw to achieve the up and down movement of the mechanical piston, thereby realizing the movement of the specimen pressure plate and completing the compression and bending tests. The mechanical telescopic cylinder is professionally designed by our company, with a compact structure and smooth transmission. This institution ensures that the rack has sufficient rigidity, while being smooth and efficient. During the experiment, the load sensor on the upper crossbeam measures the magnitude of the test force. After filtering and amplification, it is transmitted to the microcontroller through A/D conversion. The microcontroller collects and processes the test data and sends it to the microcomputer. The microcomputer then calculates the sensor signal and outputs the corresponding control signal to control the main motor of the testing machine. The entire process is closed-loop control, and each control process has a time period of 10 milliseconds. Simultaneously handle and protect against overload judgments.
