The LBT-50 dust collector pipeline dust monitoring instrument contains gas-solid two-phase fluid containing dust particles. When charged dust particles pass through the measuring electrode, positive and negative charges are induced by the measuring electrode, and the charges form a current signal during the transfer motion; The magnitude of this AC signal is directly proportional to the mass content of dust. By further amplifying and processing this electrical signal, the dust concentration (mg/m3) can be accurately measured.
