1、 Nominal diameter: also known as mean outer diameter, with the symbol DN, is the universal diameter for various pipes and pipeline accessories. Pipes and pipeline accessories of the same nominal diameter can be connected to each other and have interchangeability It is not the actual outer diameter or inner diameter of the pipeline, although its value is close or equal to the inner diameter of the pipeline. In order to unify the connection size of pipes and fittings, the nominal diameter (also known as nominal diameter or nominal diameter) is used. For example, welded steel pipes can be divided into thin-walled steel pipes, ordinary steel pipes, and thickened steel pipes according to their thickness. Its nominal diameter is not the outer diameter or inner diameter, but a nominal size that approximates the inner diameter of ordinary steel pipes. Each nominal diameter corresponds to an outer diameter, and its inner diameter value varies with thickness. The nominal diameter can be expressed in metric millimeters or imperial inches. II Nominal pressure: The symbol PN represents the allowable working pressure when applied at a certain temperature. The control valve for carbon steel valve body refers to the allowable working pressure for applications below 200 ℃; For cast iron valve bodies, it refers to the allowable working pressure for applications below 120 ℃; For control valves with stainless steel valve bodies, it refers to the allowable working pressure for applications below 250 ℃. When the working temperature increases, the pressure resistance of the valve body will decrease. For example, a carbon steel control valve with a nominal pressure of 6.4 MPa (PN64) has a pressure resistance of 5.2 MPa at 300 ℃, 4.1 MPa at 400 ℃, and 2.9 MPa at 450 ℃.

4、 Main equipment performance:

1. Upward type discharge valve, corrosion resistance: 1. Use media such as water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene (WCB material temperature range -29 ℃ -425 ℃). 2. Use media such as particles, oil, pulp, and carbon dioxide gas (stainless steel material can be used at temperatures of -60 ℃ -232 ℃). 3. It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF) or strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ℃, concentration>30%). 4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤ 150 ℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPA. If it exceeds this requirement, it should be explained when ordering.

2. Discharge valve, corrosion resistance: 1. Polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent adhesion to metals, moderate tensile strength, and resistance to dilute and concentrated acids. 2. Use media such as particles, oil, pulp, and carbon dioxide gas (stainless steel material can be used at temperatures of -60 ℃ -232 ℃). 3. It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF) or strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ℃, concentration>30%). 4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is -5 ℃ -225 ℃, with a pressure range of 0.6-1.6MPA. Orders exceeding this requirement should be specified.

It is superior to stainless steel in strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF), as well as strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ℃, concentration>30%).
