In many chemical production processes, salt containing wastewater is generated, mainly composed of sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, etc. If discharged directly without treatment, a large amount of sewage will seep into the groundwater layer, causing serious pollution to the groundwater source, damaging the ecological environment, and endangering human health.

Due to the high salt content in wastewater, methods such as biochemical treatment and catalytic oxidation cannot achieve desalination effect. However, desalination methods such as membrane filtration and ion exchange have poor desalination effect and operability for saltwater containing a large amount of organic matter and high concentration; Although traditional kettle type evaporation desalination or multi effect evaporator can crystallize sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate, etc. through evaporation, the operating cost is high and it is difficult for enterprises to afford. Therefore, the key issue in the treatment of high salt wastewater in the chemical industry is to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
Our company has developed a wastewater desalination MVR wastewater evaporator based on multi effect evaporation, combined with the characteristics of high salt wastewater and MVR evaporator, as well as research on crystallization technology. We have also cooperated with multiple universities on related projects, and our MVR evaporation technology and application level are among the top in China. The high-efficiency MVR wastewater evaporator equipment developed by our company has been successfully applied in the wastewater concentration and desalination treatment sections of multiple industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, and papermaking, effectively solving the problem of difficult biochemical treatment of high salt wastewater.
Based on the salt content of chemical production wastewater, our company's MVR wastewater evaporator is used. Through the MVR evaporation principle, sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, etc. in the wastewater are evaporated and crystallized at the lowest possible cost. The salt after solid-liquid separation can be sold as a by-product, and the condensed water evaporated can be reused as production water, achieving the effect of closed-loop water circulation and sewage treatment. After actual operation in the factory, the effect is ideal and the operating cost is low, which has been recognized by the using enterprises.
