Adopting segmented heating method, the pre drying section uses high-pressure and low air volume fans to enable wet materials to be fluidized; The drying section adopts a low-pressure and high air volume fan, which takes away a lot of moisture per unit time and dries evenly; The cooling section adopts a high volume fan, which can quickly remove heat and reduce product temperature, meeting the requirements of moisture control and facilitating subsequent packaging processes. The material enters the machine through the feeding port, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. The wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged through the exhaust port, while the dry material is discharged through the exhaust port.

The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is caused by the excitation force generated by the vibration motor, which makes the dryer vibrate. The material jumps forward in a certain direction under the action of the excitation force. At the same time, the hot air input from the bottom of the dryer makes the material in a fluidized state. The material particles fully contact with the hot air, and undergo intense heat and mass transfer processes. At this time, the thermal efficiency is the highest, and the upper chamber is in a slightly negative pressure state. The humid air is led out by the induced draft fan, and the dry material is continuously discharged from the discharge port, thus achieving the ideal drying effect. If cold or humid air is blown into the bottom of the vibrating fluidized bed, it can achieve cooling and humidification effects.
Scope of application
Suitable for drying, cooling, and other operations of powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, grains, and minerals. For example: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, shredded radish, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, sugar, etc.
