Anhui Tiankang pressure gauges are mainly used on locomotives and vehicles to measure the pressure of hydraulic systems or gas storage tanks. They can also be used for pressure measurement of various media such as copper alloys, tin aluminum alloys, brazing, non corrosive, non crystalline, and solidified media. It is possible to measure two identical or different pressures simultaneously (the difference between the two should generally not exceed 1/3 of the limit value on the scale range).

Verify the design of the gas source system

The verification of the gas source system requires a stable pressure gas source to be provided to the product at any pressure point. During the verification process, the pressure of the sealed chamber needs to be adjusted regularly according to the pressure value required by the process. However, universal pressure regulating valves are inconvenient to operate when adjusting pressure, and frequent adjustment of pressure regulating valves has a high failure rate and short service life. In the system design, a self-made two position two-way manual control valve is used to adjust the amount of gas supply and exhaust in the closed chamber of the system, in order to achieve the goal of controlling the gas pressure in the closed chamber.

The working principle is that when the two position two-way manual control valve needle rotates clockwise, the valve port closes. When the valve needle rotates counterclockwise, the valve port opens. By controlling the angle of the rotating valve needle, the degree of valve port opening can be controlled, thereby controlling the speed of the intake and exhaust, and achieving accurate control of the system pressure value. When the system pressure reaches the required calibration pressure value, quickly close the exhaust valve, so that the entire system is equivalent to a closed container, and its pressure is constant at the pressure value of the workpiece calibration pressure point

Design of Rapid Clamping System

When designing clamping fixtures for pressure gauge parts with threaded connections, sealing gaskets are often used to seal and tighten the threads to clamp the workpiece. The characteristics of this structure are simple design, easy manufacturing, but inconvenient operation, low production efficiency, and not suitable for modern large-scale production. Therefore, rapid clamping mechanisms should be considered in large-scale production to improve production efficiency.

The dual needle pressure gauge connects the front brake air storage tank and rear brake air storage tank of the car to the two threaded interfaces of the dual needle pressure gauge base. The high-pressure gas in the air storage tank enters the circular spring tube of the pressure gauge, which deforms under the action of gas pressure. The circular spring tube is then pulled by the hook to swing the sector gear, which in turn drives the needle shaft gear to rotate, and the pointer swings accordingly. The deformation of the circular spring tube and the swing amplitude of the pointer vary depending on the gas pressure value inside the gas storage tank. The function of the calibration table is to provide gas with different pressure values to the dual needle pressure gauge, so as to calibrate the pressure gauge.

The principle of quick clamping mechanism:
Step on the foot pedal valve, the valve changes direction, the cylinder rod extends, and the clamping mechanism is in the release position. Insert the threaded part of the double needle pressure gauge base into the clamp, release the foot pedal valve, reset the valve, and retract the cylinder rod. The clamp clamping block drives the pressure gauge to move to the right until the threaded end of the pressure gauge base presses the sealing gasket and clamps the workpiece.
The sealing gasket material is made of polyurethane to extend its service life. The dimensions of the mating part between the clamp and the double needle pressure gauge base thread should be basically * to prevent the problem of poor sealing effect caused by the workpiece tilting due to unilateral clamping force during clamping.

The foot valve that controls the operation of the cylinder is often connected to the working chamber of the cylinder through the ventilation port, so that the system can press the foot valve when clamping the workpiece and release it when working, in order to reduce labor intensity and avoid problems such as system leakage caused by misoperation during operation.
