The SJBG series molding machine is an essential equipment for prestressed HDPE plastic corrugated pipes used in concrete. It is mainly used in concrete projects such as highway overpasses, elevated bridges, and railway bridges. By replacing different molds, it can produce various plastic corrugated pipes such as PP, PVC, EVA, etc. The complete production line consists of extruders, extrusion molds, molding machines, cooling devices, auxiliary tractors, sawing machines, and reversing tables. The molding machine mainly consists of a reduction gearbox, upper and lower templates, transmission molding template, frame, air cooling device, and front and rear moving device. The reduction gearbox uses a circular arc toothed pot wheel hard tooth surface reduction gearbox, and the upper and lower templates are made of HT150 hollow casting. The template is water-cooled and forced air-cooled, and the template material is 40Cr with a surface hardness of HRC45-52 after heat treatment. The frame is welded with high-quality steel, and the structure is reasonable and stable. The driving motor first uses a frequency converter to achieve uniform and stepless speed regulation. The whole machine automatically adjusts up and down, left and right, and front and back.
