1. Purpose and Scope of Application
This production line is mainly used for granulation of various recycled plastics. Adopting special screw design and different configurations, it can also be applied to the regeneration and color mixing granulation of various plastics such as PP, PE, PET, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, PMMA, etc.
2. Equipment composition and characteristics
Production process: Raw materials → Extruder → Granulation die head → Cooling water tank → Blow dryer → Granulator → Storage bin
Main features of the equipment:
The equipment consists of an extruder host, a granulator, and a cooling tank (or air-cooled equipment). The set of units is well-equipped and can be used for continuous production, direct granulation, and clean granulation without pollution or aging, greatly reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
