Application of Plastic Melting Finger Instrument:It is used to determine the MFR value of the melt flow rate of various plastics and resins in a viscous flow state. It is suitable for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc. with high melting temperatures, as well as for testing plastics with low melting temperatures such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin, etc. It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industry, as well as related universities, research units, and inspection departments.

The polymer material melt index tester is suitable for the determination of the specified mass flow rate of thermoplastic melts in the national standard GB/T3682-2000 "Determination of mass flow rate and volume flow rate of thermoplastic melts". This standard adopts the provisions of ISO 1133:1997 and can also meet the ASTM D1238 testing standard.
