“A solar powered water supply pipe with three layers of co extruded water supply pipe, insulation layer, and protective layer that can be continuously extruded in one go. Its structure and performance are as follows:
1. Inner pipe (water delivery pipe): PE-X pipe material is used. Has non rusting, non scaling, non-toxic and odorless properties (in compliance with drinking water hygiene standards); Good temperature resistance (suitable for temperature range of -70 ℃ to+95 ℃); Solid and resilient texture (bendable, easy to coil); High compressive strength (output pressure of 1.25MPA); Easy to install (using specialized fittings, quick, convenient, safe, and reliable installation) and other features.
2. The insulation layer is made of high-pressure polyethylene material and adopts physical closed cell foaming technology. It has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity (≤ 0.003), high compressive strength (no collapse or rupture of bubbles), good internal and external bonding (tight and non loose bonding between the inside and outside of the water pipeline and the protective layer), no water leakage, and good insulation effect.
3. The outer protective layer is made of EVA cable material. Three layer co extrusion ensures a tight bond with the foam insulation layer without peeling off; Good weather resistance, soft and non brittle; Anti aging, anti ultraviolet (400um has no effect), long service life (8 years of normal use), etc.
