The plastic flat film drawing unit is the latest development of our factory based on the introduction, digestion, and absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad. It adopts internationally advanced electrical digital analog control technologies such as microcomputer controlled variable frequency speed regulation and thyristor DC speed regulation, which enables the main indicators of the unit to reach the international advanced level, with high production efficiency and good quality of wire tube forming. At the same time, advanced belt type mesh changing structures can be installed according to user needs, as well as adding fiberization mechanisms (for flexible packaging bags or production of fiber-reinforced sewing threads).
The Wantai brand series of plastic flat molds are available for practical use, with two types of wire heating structures: hot air stretching bellows or electric rice drying, for users to choose from. This unit has a wide range of applications and can be used for the forming and processing of flat yarns for products such as polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, and linear low-density polyethylene.
