1、 PP and PE pipe molds
Specification: 10mm -630mm
Mold type: Blue spiral mold, or co extrusion composite mold. Mold characteristics: The melt flow velocity achieves the expected mechanical uniformity and thermal uniformity. 1. No need for a core rod bracket, which eliminates the common flow patterns in production. 2. Low pressure consumption, high output, and the output can reach 80% of the output. 3. Compact structure, reasonable connection, and easy replacement. 4. Made of high-quality mold steel. 5. Use stainless steel or copper water ring sizing sleeve.
2、 PVC pipe mold:

• Specification: φ 16mm - φ 630mm
• Mold type: bracket type, or co extruded composite mold, made of high-quality mold steel, using stainless steel or copper water ring sizing sleeve.

3、 Plate and wire mold:

• Thickness: 0.15mm-30mm
• Width: 200-2200mm

4、 PVC profiles and wood plastic molds:

• Specification: According to customer requirements, 3cr17 material is used, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
