Detailed description of PVDF solar backsheet film production line: PVDF film, scientific name polyvinylidene fluoride. Our GWS75 production line can be used to produce PVDF cast films with a thickness of 25-30 μ m and a width of 1250mm. The production line speed is 20m/min and the output can reach 120KG/H; The GWS90 production line can be used to produce PVDF solar backsheet films with a thickness of 25-30 μ m and a width of 1250mm. The production line speed is 30m/min and the output can reach 180KG/H; The GWS120 production line can be used to produce PVDF silicon wafer acid washed thick plates with a thickness of 1-10mm and a width of 1250mm, with a production capacity of around 350KG/H.
The common characteristics of PVF film and PVDF film are that both are copolymers containing fluorine or fluorocarbon, which have greater chemical bonding and structural stability than any other polymer. Therefore, they do not react with atmospheric pollutants, and even highly corrosive solvents will not cause damage to them. Therefore, the protected metal plate surface is not easily corroded, and the decorative surface is not easily faded or brittle; It will not undergo structural changes due to the intensification of ultraviolet radiation, and sun exposure will not accelerate its aging process; It will not undergo changes in organizational structure due to repeated temperature fluctuations in the working environment. The allowable temperature variation in the working environment is 180 ℃ (-70~+110 ℃), which can adapt to almost all outdoor environments on Earth. PVDF film (polyvinylidene fluoride film) is a film made by extrusion stretching processing.
