1. Pressure regulations for pipelines. (1) The pressure shown in PVC-U water supply pipelines is expressed as nominal pressure, expressed in Mpa. 1Mpa ≈ 10kgf/cm2 is the working pressure of the conveying medium at 20 ℃. (5) The nominal pressure of water supply pipe materials is generally 1.6Mpa and they are compatible with pipes of various pressures.

2. Specification regulations for pipelines. 3. Regulations on the interface method of pipelines. (1) There are generally three types of interfaces for water supply pipes: rubber ring interface, adhesive bonding interface, and flange connection interface. A、 The rubber ring interface method is to expand one end of the pipe into a socket with a concave groove through an automatic expansion machine, place a flexible rubber sealing ring, and insert the other end of the pipe without expansion into the socket with the sealing ring installed to complete the connection. B、 The adhesive bonding method is to expand one end of the pipe into a smooth socket, and apply special adhesive to the outer surface of the other end of the pipe that has not been expanded and the inner surface of the expanded socket, and then plug them together to complete the connection. c、 The flange connection method is to connect the pipe to traditional pipelines, butterfly valves, gate valves, flow meters, etc., and then connect the end of the pipe connected to the PVC-U flange and then tighten it with screws. (2) There are generally two ways to connect water supply fittings: adhesive bonding and flexible bonding. A、 The adhesive bonding interface method is to inject the socket of the pipe into a smooth socket, and apply special adhesive together with the pipe to complete the connection through socket insertion. B、 The flexible interface method, also known as the pipe fitting method, is molded into a socket with a concave groove, and equipped with a tightening screw cover. A tightening rubber sealing ring is placed on top, and when the corresponding pipe is inserted, the tightening screw cover is tightened to complete the connection.
