PVC sheet production line

1. Purpose and Scope of Application
The PVC sheet extrusion production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a hanger type mold, a three roll shaping machine, a cooling traction bracket, a shearing machine, and other auxiliary machinery. We can produce various soft and hard PVC sheets, PVC sheets, and can extrude transparent PVC sheets. Mainly used in industries such as PVC wood plastic board, PVC laminated foam board, PVC foam building formwork, etc.
The thickness of the sheet material can be achieved as 0.5-10.0mm.
2. Equipment features
Extrusion equipment: Conical twin-screw extruder, with high output and efficiency, equipped with Omron temperature control meter, variable frequency speed regulation and other technologies to achieve a high level.
The hanger type die adopts a special double section flow design, which makes the adjustment of the thickness of the board more precise.
Temperature control of ± 1C can control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the board.
The three roll calender adopts a horizontal, vertical, or 45 degree tilt type, which can be freely raised and lowered.
The thickness control of the board adopts screw adjustment and bi-directional adjustment of the pressure wheel to control the thickness of the board.
The independently controlled roller temperature control system can control the temperature of the pressure roller to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet. The precision shearing machine enables precise control of the length of the sheet metal.
The sheet winding machine adopts advanced torque motors, which can adjust the speed and winding tension freely.
Equipped with an automatic meter to set the length of the product.
