1The new WPC flooring has a non slip, wear-resistant, beautiful, and practical surface. Our company developed PVC flooring directly extruded to reduce costs and improve cost-effectiveness, based on the characteristics of WPC flooring. Solved the complex processing technology of internal mixer, open mill, four roll rolling, tempering, and hot pressing film for PVC flooring; The challenges of occupying a large area, employing a large number of people, high production costs, high energy consumption, and high equipment purchase costs. The new WPC flooring is only one-third of the cost of honey refining, 1/10 of the equipment purchase cost, and its performance exceeds that of the original bonded WPC flooring.
2Directly extruding WPC flooring has a simple process, low cost, and all indicators meet or exceed the original WPC wood plastic flooring.
3Formation principle: Directly cover the color film and wear-resistant layer onto the extruded board, and press out anti slip patterns. The three materials (substrate, color film, wear-resistant layer) are melted together, with high bonding strength and good effect. Then apply UV coating for good appearance and scratch resistance.
4Application: Indoor WPC flooring; Indoor floor tiles; PVC flooring.
