1. Purpose and Scope of Application
This production line is mainly used for producing PVC small and medium-sized pipes, which are mainly used for cold bending electrical conduit, cable protective conduit, etc.
2. Equipment composition and characteristics
Process flow of PVC pipe production line
Main production process: raw material+additive preparation → mixing → conveying and feeding → forced feeding → conical twin-screw extruder → extrusion mold → sizing sleeve → spray vacuum shaping box → spray or immersion cooling water tank → printing machine → track traction machine → cutting machine → pipe expansion machine → pipe stacking rack → finished product inspection and packaging
(1) Raw material mixing: It is the process of adding PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials into a high-speed mixer in proportion and sequence according to the process. The strong self friction generated by the high-speed movement of the materials in the mixer heats the materials up to the set process temperature, and then discharges them from the high-speed mixer into a cooling mixer to cool them down and prevent plasticization and agglomeration. The cooled raw materials are then fed into an extruder for extrusion through a feeding machine or manually.
(2) Extruder section: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion amount with the feeding amount, ensuring stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, which increases the heat transfer area and shear rate of the material, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The small diameter of the measuring section screw reduces the heat transfer area and shear rate of the melt, allowing the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates inside the barrel, it plasticizes the PVC mixture and pushes it towards the machine head, thereby achieving compaction, melting, and homogenization of mixing; And achieve the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which can achieve synchronous speed regulation.
(3) Extrusion die part: PVC that has been compacted, melted, mixed and homogenized, with subsequent materials pushed towards the die by screws. The extrusion die is a crucial component for pipe forming. The design of extrusion dies for pipes with different component contents is theoretically different, so the appropriate extrusion die should be selected according to the actual application of the product.
(4) The vacuum shaping water tank is used for shaping and cooling pipes. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for shaping and cooling, a stainless steel box body, and circulating water spray cooling. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with front and rear moving devices and left and right, high and low adjustment devices.
(5) The traction machine is used to continuously and automatically guide the cooled and hardened pipes out of the machine head. This machine adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation and supports synchronous speed regulation with the extruder. The stability of the tractor is directly related to the uniformity of the wall thickness of the extruded pipe. (6) Cutting machine: It receives signals from travel switches or other fixed length devices, performs automatic cutting, delays flipping, and implements flow production. The cutting machine moves synchronously with the operation of the pipe during the cutting process, and the cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drive. The cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum device to timely suck out and recycle the debris generated by cutting.
(7) The flipping action of the material rack is controlled by a cylinder through an air circuit. The flipping device is equipped with a limit device. After the cutting saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be transported. After a delay, the cylinder enters work to achieve the flipping action and discharge the material. After unloading, it will automatically reset after a delay of several seconds and wait for the next cycle.
