The PS foam profile production line developed by our company is mainly used to produce profiles made of PS (polystyrene) foam resin as raw material. This profile is mainly used for the manufacturing of decorative lines such as photo frames, mirror frames, door frame lines, skirting lines, imitation wood lines, etc. It has the characteristics of easy molding, high efficiency, and low cost. The production line has a high degree of automation, easy operation, stable and reliable continuous production, and has received high praise from customers.
Foam lines are more easy to shape, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and environmentally friendly than traditional wood frames, mirror frames, decorative lines, etc. At the same time, the material can be recycled and reused, greatly protecting the earth's environment and resources.

2. Equipment composition and characteristics
PS foam profile production process: raw materials → single screw foam extruder → foam head → cooling and shaping water tank → surface heat transfer printing → surface embossing → profile traction machine → profile cutting machine → finished product stacking rack → finished product packaging
Main features of the equipment:
Extrusion equipment: The single screw extruder adopts a slotted barrel and PS foam special screw, with high foaming rate and stable extrusion.
Extrusion mold: Our company has designed a specialized machine head based on more than ten years of production experience, which has the characteristics of uniform discharge, convenient adjustment, and stable foaming. Combined with Huaming's specially designed photoelectric control system, the extruded profile products have stable dimensions and high accuracy, greatly improving the product yield rate.
Cooling and shaping water tank: The parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, with long service life and beautiful appearance.
Traction and cutting: Belt type traction machine with uniform clamping force, using variable frequency stepless speed regulation to meet the requirements of traction stability in pipe production. The cutting machine is designed for a specialized 45 degree cutting method, ensuring a beautiful cutting surface without burrs; The high-precision encoder length measuring device ensures the cutting accuracy of each line and saves raw materials.
The finished product stacking rack can achieve the effect of cutting and packaging immediately, saving circulation costs.
There are multiple electrical control systems to choose from (such as PLC touch screen fully automated control system), with fast and stable production speed, simple and easy control operation.
