PS/PC/ABS board and sheet production line

1. Purpose and Scope of Application
The production line consists of a single screw extruder, hanger type mold, three roll shaping machine, cooling traction bracket, shearing machine, and other auxiliary machinery. We can produce single-layer or multi-layer co extruded boards, including various PS boards, PS sheets, PC boards, PC sheets, ABS-HIPS refrigerator boards, sanitary ware boards, PC hollow boards (sun panels), PC film co extruded travel box boards, PMMA light guide boards, diffusion boards, PC wave boards, etc.
The thickness of the sheet material can be achieved between 0.5-20.0mm, and the width can reach up to 3 meters
2. Equipment features
Extrusion equipment: Single screw extruder, with high output and efficiency, equipped with Omron temperature control meter, variable frequency speed regulation and other technologies to achieve a high level. For products with high precision requirements, technologies such as melt metering pumps can also be used.
The hanger type die adopts a special double section flow design, which makes the adjustment of the thickness of the board more precise.
Temperature control of ± 1C can control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the board.
The three roll calender adopts a horizontal, vertical, or 45 degree tilt type, which can be freely raised and lowered.
The thickness control of the board adopts screw adjustment and bi-directional adjustment of the pressure wheel to control the thickness of the board.
The independently controlled roller temperature control system can control the temperature of the pressure roller to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet. The precision shearing machine enables precise control of the length of the sheet metal.
The sheet winding machine adopts advanced torque motors, which can adjust the speed and winding tension freely.
Equipped with an automatic meter to set the length of the product.
