The PS foam fast food box hot forming machine tearing edge style is a modified version of the cutting style. In response to the usage requirements of our customers and considering the shortcomings of the hot forming machine for material cutting, such as the production of a large amount of scraps, light weight of the product, and the tendency to become messy due to floating during material cutting, which is inconvenient for counting and packaging, we have removed the material cutting part of the equipment and added a cross cutting knife to directly cut the already formed and punched sheets. Then, we manually tear off the edges and corners to obtain the finished product.

The advantage of tearing off the edges is that the amount of scrap material is reduced from 25% to 10%, resulting in a higher yield rate. It is more suitable for countries where labor is relatively cheap to choose.
