This production line is mainly used for the production of pipes made from PP-R (random copolymer polypropylene) resin as raw material, and is also suitable for the production of pipes made from PP, PPB, PPH, and resin as raw materials. By making appropriate changes to the configuration, special pipes such as PPR fiberglass reinforced pipes can also be produced.

The PPR pipe products produced by this plastic pipe production line have the advantages of heat resistance, pressure resistance, insulation and energy saving, long service life, and economy, and have become a good material for home decoration water pipe renovation.
Production process: raw materials+color masterbatch → mixing → vacuum feeding → raw material drying → single screw extruder → color line extruder → spiral mold → sizing sleeve → spray vacuum shaping box → cooling water tank → coding machine → track traction machine → fixed length cutting machine → stacking rack
Main features of the equipment:
Extrusion equipment: The single screw extruder adopts a slotted barrel and a new BM screw, with high screw speed, output, and plasticizing capacity.
Extrusion mold: Adopting a spiral splitter head, it has the characteristics of uniform discharge, convenient adjustment, and reduced extrusion weld marks.
Vacuum shaping device: Vacuum spray box, spray cooling box or cooling water tank, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel material.
Tractor: Two jaw belt or rubber track tractor, to meet the production requirements of different pipes.
Cutting machine: chip free rotating blade cutting.
Stacking device: Automatic flip plate or roller stacking device, small caliber pipes can be equipped with a dual station winding machine according to customer requirements.
There are multiple electrical control systems to choose from (such as PLC automation control system), with fast and stable production speed, simple and easy control operation.
