PP pipes are non-toxic, hygienic, and heat-resistant fittings that can be recycled and reused. They are widely used in indoor heating systems and hot and cold water supply systems in buildings. The characteristics of PP pipes are non rusting, wear-resistant, non scaling, reduced vibration and noise, anti freezing cracking, anti condensation, low heat loss, simple installation, and long service life.

Fiberglass reinforced polypropylene pipe
Fiberglass reinforced polypropylene (FRPP) pipe standard: Made from treated glass fiber modified polypropylene material, it can transport water or corrosive liquids for general purposes.
The hygiene performance of drinking water pipes meets the requirements of GB/T17219. Fiberglass reinforced polypropylene FRPP pipes have excellent quality and a long service life - under rated temperature and pressure conditions, FRPP pipes can be safely used for more than 50 years.
Excellent corrosion resistance - able to withstand the corrosion of most chemicals and withstand high concentrations of acid and alkali with pH values ranging from 1-14 over a wide range.
Excellent wear resistance - When transporting mineral sand slurry, the wear resistance of the pipe is more than 4 times that of steel pipe.
Higher rigidity - due to the addition of fiberglass reinforcement material, FRPP pipes are not easily deformed
Strong connection performance - The strength of the frpp pipe hot melt interface is higher than that of the pipe body, and the joint will not break due to soil movement or load.
Good construction performance - the pipeline is lightweight, the welding process is simple, the construction is convenient, and the overall project cost is low

Characteristics of PP pipe
FRPP pipes (glass fiber reinforced polypropylene pipes) are produced using glass fiber modified polypropylene materials treated with coupling agents. According to the HG20539-92 standard, the specifications are De15-De1500mm, with a nominal pressure of 0.4-1.0MPa. They are corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, high-pressure resistant, hygienic and non-toxic, and can be recycled. They are suitable for transporting corrosive liquids (such as acidic and alkaline liquids) and municipal water supply and drainage systems. It has excellent impact resistance and tensile strength, light weight, and easy installation and maintenance.
