Usage and characteristics:
1. The screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing ability design to ensure uniform melting color of plastic and increased extrusion volume.
2. The hanger type die adopts a special double section flow design, which makes the adjustment of the thickness of the board more precise.
3. Temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃ can accurately control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the board.
The 4-bar forming press bar forming table adopts a flat or vertical type, which can be freely lifted and lowered to provide more choices in the operation of thick and thin plates, and improve the quality of the plates.
5. The thickness control of the sheet metal can be accurately controlled by adjusting the screw and the hydraulic pressure wheel in both directions.
6. The diameter of the pressure roller is 350mm and it is equipped with a dual circuit cooling system, which, in conjunction with a mold temperature control machine, accurately controls the temperature of the pressure roller to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet metal.
