PP/PE Building Template Extrusion Production Line

The PEPP powder coal flower construction template production line is developed by our company by absorbing and digesting advanced extrusion technology from abroad and independently inventing and innovating. The thickness range of the board can reach 12-18mm, and the width of the board is 1220-2440mm. Various supporting components of this production line equipment are made of world-renowned brand products, combined with our company's years of board equipment manufacturing technology and experience, making it more reliable and complete. Its production products have a smooth surface, small dimensional errors, and many advantages such as nailable, planing, corrosion resistance, and strong flame retardancy. With slight modifications, this production line can also produce LDPE or HDPE foam board (sheet) materials.
This unit consists of a single screw extruder, a feeding machine, a sheet metal head, a three roll calender, a roller cooling device, an edge cutting device, a traction machine, a shearing machine, and a discharge platform.
Compared with traditional templates, building templates have the following characteristics:
1. Good water resistance. Even if it is completely soaked in water for several days, it will not deform due to moisture. It will not rot or rust.
2. Not compatible with cement, sticky, easy to demold after construction, and will not deform due to cement adhesion.
3. High construction efficiency and good quality. The surface of the building constructed with it is smooth and flat, without the need for secondary decoration
4. The standardized procedures have improved construction efficiency. At the same time, during the processing of the template, the surface of the template can be pre treated to obtain the desired wall pattern.
5. Lightweight and easy to construct.
6. Long lifespan and frequent reuse. The final damaged plastic template can still be crushed again and reprocessed into a new template, saving resources and meeting the requirements of "green industry".
7. Good insulation is beneficial for shortening the construction period.
8. Various treatments can be carried out by adding wood, and welding can also be performed, so secondary processing can be carried out on site during construction.
