1. Purpose and Scope of Application
This production line is mainly used for the production of PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) pipes, which are mainly used in plumbing and heating systems, central air conditioning piping systems, floor radiant heating systems, solar water heater systems, etc.
2. Equipment composition and characteristics
Production process: raw material pretreatment+additive preparation → mixing → melt grafting extrusion → pipe forming → cross-linking → inspection and packaging → finished product.
Main features of the equipment:
Extrusion equipment: The single screw extruder adopts a dedicated screw with high screw speed, output, and plasticizing capacity.
Extrusion mold: Using a specially designed head, the discharge is uniform and easy to adjust. The disc type sizing sleeve is used because of the low friction with the surface of the pipe, avoiding adhesion between the pipe and the sizing sleeve.
Vacuum shaping device: The parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel
Traction machine: Two jaw belt type high-speed traction machine, using variable frequency stepless speed regulation to meet the requirements of traction stability in pipe production.
Dual station automatic winding machine: equipped with tension control and automatic adjustment of winding speed, and equipped with cable arrangement device.
There are multiple electrical control systems to choose from (such as PLC automation control system), with fast and stable production speed, simple and easy control operation.
