The PES series hot melt adhesive film products are made by our company using imported raw material formulas and advanced production processes. The adhesive fabric is washable and oil resistant, and the technical indicators are as follows:

Thickness: 0.05-0.3mm,
Width: 48-150cm
Thickness error: ± 0.005mm
Melting point: 110 ± 10 ℃
Pressing temperature: 125-160 ℃
Pressing time: 5-30s
Application scope: Conductive fabric, embroidered badge/woven label adhesive, flocking transfer printing, textile lamination, PVC high-frequency lamination and other fields.
Washing performance: Wash with water at 40 ℃ or 60 ℃. It is related to the fabric that needs to be bonded, and it is recommended to conduct specific experiments to confirm.
Substrate material: Single silicon release paper
Appearance of adhesive film: milky white semi transparent
Packaging: 100/200 yards per roll or according to customer requirements
Note: The pressing temperature and pressing time are only recommended process conditions and are related to the pressing equipment, thickness of the bonded material, thermal conductivity, and pressure. Users need to confirm through experiments based on specific conditions.
