Structural features:

1. The extruder design adopts a strong conveying liner and a combined high-efficiency screw.
2. Adopt a central feeding spiral diversion extrusion die head.
3. The shaping cooling part adopts vacuum negative pressure shaping and circulating water spray cooling, and is equipped with automatic control systems for water temperature, liquid level, and vacuum degree. The vacuum sizing sleeve is equipped with a pre cooling adjustment ring.
4. The traction part adopts a pneumatic clamping mechanism, and the clamping force is adjusted by a pneumatic valve. The traction speed is automatically displayed and variable frequency speed regulation is used.
5. The cutting part has manual and automatic control functions, and can be cut to a fixed length. The cutting is automatically controlled.
6. The unit can achieve height, longitudinal, and transverse adjustments to ensure the required straightness in pipe production.
