PE insulation pipe production line
This technology involves simultaneously coating the insulation layer and anti-corrosion layer on the outer surface of the steel pipe to form an insulation and anti-corrosion layer for the pipeline, which is a pioneering technology in China. Compared with other methods, it has outstanding advantages such as continuous operation, high production efficiency, low cost, energy conservation, and pollution-free environment. In 1985, it won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and has reached the international advanced level after several technological updates. New "one-step" process features: 1. Widely used materials, epoxy powder and various coatings can be used to prevent corrosion of steel pipes. 2. Foam can be polyester high-temperature foam and asphalt black foam. 3. The jacket layer is bonded to the foam layer, the foam layer is bonded to the anti-corrosion layer, and the anti-corrosion layer is bonded to the steel pipe firmly. The steel pipe insulation and anti-corrosion production line built by one-step molding method has a high degree of automation, and the quality of the insulation and anti-corrosion layer fully meets national standards. Since its successful development in 1983, this technology has undergone nearly 20 years of improvement and enhancement, and has now formed a range of operation pipelines with a diameter of over 48mm to 1000mm. Insulated and anti-corrosion coated steel pipes are mainly used for insulation and anti-corrosion of crude oil pipelines, buried heating pipelines, and refrigeration system pipelines. They have a wide range of application prospects and a high return on investment. It can be applied to centralized heating units, long-distance oil transportation, water supply, gas supply and other projects. The forming technology of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation foam jacket for steel pipe is a new technology popularized in domestic oilfields in the early 1980s after the former Infrastructure Construction Bureau of the Ministry of Petroleum organized experts to visit Canada. On the basis of the foreign "two-step" forming process, the "one-step" forming technology was first introduced by the Oilfield Construction Technology Research Institute of Shengli Oilfield in 1983, that is, the one-step forming technology of foam anti-corrosion and thermal insulation for steel pipe and the jacket layer for external thermal insulation. We call this "one-step" operation. The success of this process technology not only improved operational efficiency, but also greatly saved materials, reduced costs, and facilitated construction. Soon, this technology was promoted in oil fields across the country
