The pipelines produced by this production line have moderate rigidity, strength, good flexibility, resistance to degradation, environmental stress cracking, and good thermal fusion ability. They are products for intercity gas transportation and urban water supply pipelines.
The production line consists of a control system, extruder, machine head, shaping cooling system, traction machine, planetary cutting device, and flipping rack. Each production line has two extruders, with the main one using a strong conveying liner and high-efficiency screw, and the other smaller extruder used for extruding the marking line.
Head: Adopting a basket shaped head or a spiral split extrusion tube composite head, it has the characteristics of easy adjustment and uniform discharge. The sizing sleeve adopts a unique slotting process and water ring cooling to ensure the forming accuracy of the pipe.
Vacuum sizing and cooling system: using water curtain sizing sleeve sizing, stainless steel water tank, accurate sizing, fast cooling speed, and high efficiency.
