Specialized separation type mixing screw and spiral structure head, with reasonable flow channel and smooth inner and outer walls of the pipe.
Specially designed sizing cooling method: production range of 50-200mm, production speed up to 0.6-1.5m/min

Spiral distribution type fluid separator, with a large flow space, ensures that the melt has sufficient residence time.
The optimal design for low melting temperature, with low internal stress of the pipe and smooth inner and outer surfaces.
Highly flexible, suitable for co extrusion of all polyolefin materials, capable of extruding two-layer and three-layer spiral reinforcement tubes for different specifications.
The copper spiral sizing sleeve with optimized design is equipped with a pre cooling device and a strong vacuum suction device at the inlet end, which is suitable for high-speed extrusion of the pipe material.

Vertical movement motor adjustment, three-dimensional adjustment can be achieved up, down, left, right.
