Detailed description:
The PE PP cleaning line is researched, designed, and produced by our company, introducing European technology. It has high efficiency, stable operation, and low moisture content (less than 5%). We use high-quality 304 stainless steel for the cleaning line, with a thickness of over 3 millimeters, which ensures a long service life for the machine.
Workflow:
1. Belt feeding → 2. Crusher → 3. Spiral feeding → 4. Friction washing → 5. Spiral feeding → 6. Rinse → 7. Spiral feeding → 8. Dehydrator → 9. Pipeline drying → 10. Storage bin → 11. Control cabinet
The functions of each machine:
1. Belt feeding: Transport the dirty plastic film to the crusher. If there are many scrap iron pieces inside, a metal detector must be added.
2. Crusher: Cut large films or babies into small pieces.
3. Spiral feeding: Transport the film sheet to the next step.
4. High speed friction washing: Clean the dirt on the surface of the film.
5. Rinse: Clean the dirt remaining on the surface of the film.
6. Dehydrator: Dehydrate the film to obtain high-quality film sheets
7. Pipeline drying and blower: make the PE PP film drier.
8. Storage bin: Store PE PP sheets for easy packaging in the next step.
