Production process: raw materials → specialized extruder → profile mold → vacuum forming table → traction machine → online cutting machine → finished product stacking
Main features of the equipment: The extrusion host adopts a dedicated extrusion screw, variable frequency speed regulation, which can achieve low-speed stable start, brand temperature gauge control, accurate control within plus or minus 1 degree, and different specifications of the host are configured according to various product specifications; The shaping table adopts a stainless steel water tray and is equipped with a domestic brand vacuum pump; The traction machine adopts frequency conversion control and can be manually or electrically operated for automatic lifting and lowering; The cutting machine adopts saw blade positioning for cutting.
